Originally serving the South Florida area with affordable turnovers for Airbnb rentals, the company has since expanded to offer full-on management services. Scheduling and supervising repairs for home systems and appliances, such as air conditioning, plumbing, and painting. We also offer vehicle maintenance services, although charges for maintenance are not included. Our goal is to give our clients peace of mind and a hassle-free experience while they are away from their properties.
Upon your return to your vacational property, Property Care and Management Firm will have everything ready for you. Your home will be clean and fresh, and the temperature will be set to your preference. Your requested groceries will be stocked in the fridge and freezer, and your car will be polished and fully fueled. The blinds and drapery will be open, and the patio furniture will be set up. The electric breakers, main water valves, and hot water heaters will be activated, and the A/C filters will be changed. Transportation services can also be arranged, if needed. Our goal is to make your transition back to your property as smooth and stress-free as possible.
